Team Check-in/player check-in: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the Best Western Hotel & Convention Center 1125 East Gore Blvd, Lawton, OK.  Contact Karen Clymer at (580) 581-3400 to schedule team check-in time.


Manager’s Meeting:  begins at 12:00 pm at the Best Western Hotel & Convention Center, 1125 East Gore Blvd.  One team manager and/or one team representative must be present.  A maximum of two coaches per team are admitted free of charge.  


Pool Play Draw - Article 511 of the ASA Code governs the draw. The pool play draw will be done in advance of teams arriving and posted on the tournament website no later than July 26th. Pool Play begins on Wednesday, July 31st after Opening Ceremonies. Double Elimination immediately follows Pool Play. Teams are guaranteed four (4) games.


Opening Ceremonies: scheduled to begin at 5:30 pm at McMahon Softball Complex on Field 1.  All teams and families are requested to participate.  Players must be in full uniform or matching outfits.  Teams are encouraged to bring state flags, signs, or team banners.


Opening Games:  Pool play begins at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at McMahon Softball Complex. 


Team Gift Exchange: In the spirit of good sportsmanship, teams will exchange gifts with each team member of the opposing team prior to the start of their first pool play game (approximately 18 gifts). The gifts should be inexpensive, but thoughtful. They should be based on the kind of gifts the girls themselves would like to receive. The following is a few possible gift ideas: items representing the team’s home state, team pin, magnets, key chains, beads/jewelry, disposable cameras, autograph/photo albums, lip balm, headbands, etc.
